The core content takes around 6 hours total, but it’s broken into bite-sized lessons you can do at your own pace. You may want to allow 2–3 months to move through the material and integrate the tools—slow and steady is encouraged.
Will I need to cook separate meals for my family while on the program?
Not at all. The food recommendations in this program are based on real, whole foods the whole family can enjoy. There's a strong focus on simple, nourishing meals that support your energy and mood—without requiring you to cook twice. In fact, you'll likely improve your whole family's nutrition without creating any extra work for yourself.
Do I need to invest extra money in testing, herbs and supplements?
